*Please double check you are ordering the correct adapter. The best way to check is to detach the wand in the middle, and check the male end matches the adapter you are purchasing.
I got the adaptor for my ryobi.
I had to radius the sharpness off the key way that locks the adaptor in. The sharp corners on the brass act like a knife or a drill but in a way.
I put a slight angle on the ends of the key way then I put a radius on the exiting side of the key way. It works a treat now. Smooth both in & off. 👍
P. S. It could also be a little bit longer for easier insertion.
